Hauliner is an invoicing and documentation tool for motor carriers and dispatchers, operated by Alaniya LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what we never do with it. Our Terms of Service also apply to your use of the service.
If you choose to connect your Google account to send invoices from your own Gmail address, we request only the minimum scope needed to send email on your behalf. We do not read, store, or analyze your email messages or mailbox. Hauliner's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide the sending feature or as required by law. You can disconnect Google access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run the service: Netlify (hosting and form processing), Supabase (account sync and authentication), Apple (App Store distribution and, if you subscribe in the app, payment processing), and, if you connect them, Samsara/Motive (telematics) and Google (Gmail sending). Each processes your data only to provide its function.
Early-access emails are kept until launch communications end or you ask us to remove you. Account data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account and all synced data directly in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) — deletion is immediate and permanent. You can also email us and we'll take care of it within 30 days. To be removed from the mailing list, use the unsubscribe link or email us.
You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time using the contact below, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are a California resident, you have the rights provided by the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do not sell or share personal information). We honor these requests regardless of where you live. If you are located in a jurisdiction with additional statutory rights (e.g. the EEA or UK), we honor those as well; our legal basis for processing is performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in operating the service.
The service is a business tool and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice before they take effect and update the date at the top of this page.
